Master vMix Controller

A technical solution for live video mixing

The Master vMix Controller project was commissioned by Fonix allows the user to control multiple vMix vision mixers at multiple locations from a single point using a web based controller. The system also allows for the control of Sky HD boxes, giving the user the ability to change the channel.

At the vMix client end a desktop client app runs that connects to vMix, the Sky HD box (using a special serial based controller) and to our broker server that passes messages between the controllers and clients. Clients can be members of multiple groups to aid situations where more than 1 install is active at the same time. The broker server also has built in scheduling, so you can schedule actions to happen at a certain time.
